KB7 CARE’s Thriving Kids services provide personalised support for children, young people and their families, with a focus on development, independence, participation and everyday wellbeing.
Support is tailored to each child’s individual needs, strengths, goals and circumstances and may include daily living assistance, community participation, capacity building, family support and access to appropriately qualified allied health or nursing professionals where required.
