Access & Funding Pathways

Private / Self-Funded

Mental health and psychosocial support may be arranged privately based on individual needs and service availability.

NDIS

Eligible participants may be able to access psychosocial and other supports where they are appropriate to the participant’s disability-related needs, goals, plan and applicable NDIS requirements.

Aged Care

Relevant support may be available through applicable aged-care arrangements, subject to eligibility, assessment, funding and service availability.

DVA

Eligible veterans, war widows and widowers may be able to access applicable services subject to DVA eligibility, referral and authorisation requirements.

Other Referral Pathways

We can discuss referrals and service arrangements with hospitals, GPs, mental health professionals, families, carers, case managers and other referral partners.
