About Allied Health Services

KB7 CARE provides multidisciplinary allied health services designed to support people to improve independence, mobility, communication, daily functioning and overall wellbeing.

Our allied health professionals work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers and other health professionals to develop services based on assessed needs and individual goals.

Services may be provided in the home, community, clinic or other appropriate settings, subject to practitioner availability, clinical suitability, funding arrangements and service location.

Funding Options

NDIS

Eligible participants may be able to access allied health supports where they are appropriate to the participant’s needs, goals, plan and applicable NDIS requirements.

Aged Care

Allied health services may be available through applicable aged-care arrangements, subject to eligibility, assessment, funding and service availability.

DVA

Eligible veterans may be able to access approved allied health services subject to applicable DVA eligibility, referral and authorisation requirements.

Other Referral Pathways

We can discuss referrals and service arrangements with hospitals, GPs, health professionals, families, case managers and other referral partners.
