About the Role

KB7 CARE is seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to support participants across Melbourne, Victoria. Ongoing shifts are available with immediate onboarding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities
• Provide personal care and support with routines
• Support community participation and social activities
• Transport participants to appointments and activities
• Encourage participant independence and wellbeing
• Follow individual care plans and support participant goals

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check - clearance or proof of application
• Working With Children Check (WWCC), if applicable
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
• Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate
• Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Certificate completed within the last 12 months
• National Police Check, if not included in NDIS screening
• Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Current car registration and insurance if transporting participants
• 100 points of identification
• Proof of Australian working rights
• Updated resume or CV
